General Rules
The following provisions constitute the basic community rules that Cap Cana guests must follow during their stay. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining order and the proper functioning of the facilities.
If you stay in one of the condominiums, you must comply with the condominium regulations.
Maximum speed within Cap Cana is:
Central Boulevard: 80 kilometers/hour.
Marino/Hotelero/Juanillo/Punta Espada Boulevard: 45 kilometers/hour
Residential areas: 20-40 kilometers/hour, depending on the type of vehicle and the area.
Cap Cana has motorized road security that will ensure compliance with this rule. If you exceed this limit, your access may be denied.
Golf carts cannot be driven by minors.
Maintain appropriate music and noise levels so as not to disturb the neighbors.
Please use the services of the beach restaurants, as it is not permitted to access the beaches with refrigerators and portable speakers, coolers, drinks and food, as well as
barbecues (BBQ) in the beach areas.
To avoid fires, bonfires, fireworks without prior authorization and Chinese lanterns are not permitted in any open or closed area. The cost of the permit application is DOP $150,000.
We appreciate your help in keeping the community clean. Please deposit trash in the designated
places for it.
Motors and four-wheelers are not permitted within the destination.

The use of bathing suits, jeans, baggy shorts, cut-off pants, t-shirts or sports shirts is prohibited.
