Resident Card

Visitor Access:

The safety of owners, tenants, and guests is important to us, for this reason every owner or resident is responsible for notifying their visitors by writing to frontdesk@capcana.com. A digital access ticket will be generated and sent electronically, which will serve as an access pass to your guest when accessing Cap Cana.

In addition, you can generate your accesses for visitors through the Cap Cana App, which you can download for free from the Apple Store or Play Store.
