Before starting construction and/or remodeling, the owner must have the approval of the CONSEJO DE DIRECCION, PLANIFICACION Y DESARROLLO (CPD). He must submit his project in 3 phases:

1. Conceptual

2. Preliminary project

3. Executive project

​Lot Filling

To request filling of lots, the owner must send a fill elevation plan, via email to the development department (s.delacruz@capcana.com) which must indicate the volume in cubic meters (M3).

A caliche transit fee is charged US$7.00 per cubic meter (m3).
