Filming and Photo Shoots

​Cap Cana Guidelines as a location for commercial purposes

Applications are handled by the Cap Cana Audio Visual Committee for the purposes of presenting the proposal received. It is required that the production complies with the standards of the Cap Cana brand and the guidelines detailed below. Applications must be received at least 15 days prior to the start of filming with the following information:

  • ​Production company information.

  • Production overview.

  • Where and when it will be broadcast.

  • Target audience.

  • How many people will the piece reach.

  • Production start date.

  • Locations where you want to film.

  • ​Number of days required to carry out the Production.

  • Production Budget.

  • The content of the Production must remain within the parameters of the laws of the Dominican Republic, without violating morality and good customs. For such purposes, a copy of the script is required.

  • Number of people who will be in the Production.

  • Information on the talents. The talents used and/or marketed in the Production must not be controversial, defamed and/or criminally active people.

  • References to other work done.

Como propietario en Cap Cana usted tiene el beneficio de poder realizarse fotografías para su uso personal. Si desea realizar una sesión de fotos debe enviar un correo electrónico quince días antes de la fecha deseada a servicioalcliente@capcana.com  e incluir los siguientes datos:

 

·     Cantidad personas

·     Localidad específica a realizar la sesión de fotos

·     Nombres de las personas que estarán presentes

·     Hora específica del inicio de la sesión

·     Nombres o compañía a cargo de la sesión de fotos

Use of golf course for 2 hrs.

2 golf carts for transportation

Supervision by authorized personnel
