​Cap Cana Resident Identification Application for Tenants

​DOCUMENT VALIDATION

The process of validating the documents required for the issuance of Resident IDs may take two to five business days.

 

CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR TENANTS

Prior to signing the lease agreement, the owner must provide a copy of the identification documents of the potential tenant, as well as of the people who will reside in the same functional unit to be checked. The documents can be sent via email to servicioalcliente@capcana.com or deposit the documents in the Services Department and Assistance Center, which is located in the Palapa at the main entrance of the project.

Once the check has been completed, the owner will be informed.

The owner will proceed to deposit a notarized copy of the lease agreement in the Services Department.

The owner must fill out the authorization for the issuance of a Resident ID card for the tenant.

Resident must comply with all provisions set forth in the Master Declaration of Regulations of

Cap Cana, S.A, the Rules and Regulations of the Cap Cana Club and any other present or future Cap Cana Regulations document.

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  • Copy of the notarized lease agreement.

  • Completed and signed Resident Identification Application.

  • Copy of passport and/or ID of each of the tenants.

  • Photograph (Can be digital)​

 

LIMITATIONS

  • The issuance of Resident ID is limited to two (2) IDs per room owned by the property.

  • Resident IDs expire according to the lease agreement and a maximum of one year.

  • At the end of the contract, the owner must inform the Services Department if the contract is still valid and send a copy of it​
